Shop Foreman
About the role
You lead a team of fifteen on the day shift. You assign the work, train the new arrivals, and you are the link between the shop and engineering.
What you will do
Plan the team's work. Train and coach employees. Enforce safety standards. Report progress to management.
What we are looking for
Five years of shop experience, including two in supervision.
